These terms govern your use of the Angelic Reiki Business Finder website and membership (the "Service"), provided by Healing Space (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. You are contracting with Healing Space.
The Service
The Service offers a free Business Health Check, personalised results, and a paid membership for Angelic Reiki practitioners that includes a 30-day action plan, a private community and downloadable business resources.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. This includes using it for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, for infringing anyone's intellectual property, or for interfering with its security (for example introducing malware, probing or scraping the Service).
Intellectual property
Healing Space retains ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including its software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent its technical limits.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, keep your account credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity under your account. By using the Service you confirm you are of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Memberships renew automatically at the chosen billing frequency (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Service level
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Your content
You grant Healing Space a limited licence to host and process content you submit (such as community posts and plan answers) solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
